A Stained Start to Our Stay

The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly moving us to another room when we complained about issues in our first room.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The first room I entered had stains and unclean bedding. I felt uneasy due to the poor condition and had to request a change, only to find the second room was not much better, with lingering dirt and smells. It was an unsettling experience that ruined my trip.

The room was clean but the smell of cigarettes was

noticeable in the non-smoking area, which made my family uncomfortable. The friendly staff tried their best, but the overall atmosphere wasn't inviting. The room had basic amenities, which worked well enough for our short stay.

Breakfast featured surprisingly tasty options, and the outdoor seating area was perfect for relaxation. I'd recommend asking for a room on a quiet floor for a more restful experience.

The location offers easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping, making it convenient for those needing a quick bite or supplies. The Wi-Fi performs well, ensuring connectivity for browsing or streaming during your stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Stains on comforters and hair in the bathtubs indicate insufficient attention to detail. Moreover, noise from the halls and outside can be quite distracting, and some guests might feel unsettled with the room's exterior access. It’s not exactly a serene retreat, and the decor and furnishings appear outdated, which detracts from the appeal.

Request extra blankets and pillows ahead of time as availability can be limited, especially for larger family groups.
